The off road aspect of your specification really needs to be defined better, I do extensive off-roading and have seen many vehicles "in the dirt". Any vehicle will go off road...to a certain point. You need to decide things like ground clearance and approach angles so you can apply those to the vehicles specification.
Ground Clearance - and Rocks - 4X4 trails in Colorado - need to be able to pull over holes with one wheel off the ground.
