Need advice on when to fill fresh water

Filling the FW tank is fine before you leave. Filling up the lines, HWH, etc, will require you to keep the rig above freezing until you get out of the cold weather. So, you'll have to leave the furnace running with the t-stats set fairly low (55 or so), or risk having problems.
