At a typical RV 50 amp service you have 240 volts on 2 120 volt 50 amp breakers. Your MH divides this into 2 50 amp 120 volt circuits inside your MH. Giving you 100 amps 120 volts total in the MH. The adaptors are just that, they split the 120 v to two legs that run your motorhome. The amps (20, 15, 30) are split off to where they are needed.
