Need dash A/C condenser!

THX for the info Doug, I already had the rear to front water heater hoses replaced and they had to re-route them thru the storage compartment since the original were built into the chassis tube frame. Marv

Snowmas; get the parts needed, then take it to a repair shop. If you want to replace the part yourself that's OK just be sure to keep the system from contaminates. They can make any hoses needed in shop, install, purge add oil if needed and recharge. These are things the average owner can not do.

Newmar's used Evans Tempcon AC parts from your model year. The EVAPORATOR mounts on the Dash Firewall. The CONDENSOR will usually be behind the front axle mounted in the center in front of the fuel tank. You will still have to go thru a Evans-Tempcon distributor. Doug

Try putting the part number into Google, sometimes it will cross reference it for you and then send you to a cheaper source. It works for me on appliance parts.

The actual part in the dash is called an evaporator, not condenser. The condenser is the radiator like part in front of the engine radiator. Evaporators are not that expensive, and you may be able to repair yours for as little as $100.00. PM me for info if you need it.
