Need help removing window treatment for blind repair

Got the valance off...we found a few more screws and it did come off with a little effort. We were trying not to pull too hard in case it was glued. Turns out the blind repair place couldn't fix it until early next week, and we need it back before then.

So I've popped a couple of Tylenols and we are now in the process of restringing. Trying to figure out the measurement formula even as I write this. :h
