I bet they are a Dicor product. I had to get a couple last spring.

One thing to look at that may be 2 parts with the cover just snapping on the cover jam nut. You may have a tool for removing the covers that looks like a of set of plyers and a stamped metal tool that kind of looks like a old spark plug tool.
