I have a portable marine toilet and just shove it under the cot. HOWEVER, instead of using water and flushing, I get kitty litter bags and kitty litter. Once used, just toss in trash can. I also urinate in hospital type urinary bottles. I also have seen folks using larger plastic bottles. Empty them in any rest area toilet. A lot less chance for accidents.
Should note that I travel alone. I could imagine this would work for 2 also.
I do know that Lowes or Home Depot sells toilet seats that attach to their 5 gallon buckets.
