I'd start looking to see if any of the campgrounds you will be looking at will be open that time of year and what they plan to offer as far as water (will they turn it on if the weather is warm during the day). Most campgrounds in cold country, even if they stay open will keep the water off all winter. Some that cater to year round fulltimers may have provisions that may keep the water running but those might be hard to find.
Cold is not easy in a MH. I've done a few days here and there but never more than a week. Space heaters help cut down on propane use, but it's the furnace that keeps the tanks warm.
