2 yrs. ago you bought a 12 yr. old MH so fridge is 14 yrs. old
During the first 12 yrs. you have NO clue how fridge was operated or actually maintained.
How many times was fridge operated off level?
How many times has burner/flue/flue baffle been cleaned?
Did the fans properly work?
And did the MH Mfg. actually follow the installation instructions/clearances requirements provided by Norcold.
Most lack of cooling issues........proper ventilation/draft.
