I have had warranty work on my Samsung 23.5 cu.ft. twice for bad control panels. They have now revised them and have not had any problems in the last 3 years. Samsung will warranty the refer in a motor home, its just their requirement that if the service tech needs access to the rear of the unit, it is the owners responsibility to remove the refer from from its hole. During the initial install I fabricated a platform that allows me to roll it out. Before purchasing I contacted customer service and was assured the warranty would not be voided. A little more info is that when purchasing be sure to get a counter depth model. After removing the doors it would fit through the entrance door. The box on a counter depth is 24" and my entrance door is 26". Also Samsung refers will operate on a modified sine wave inverter. Hope this helps; kdk
