Adjust the TRW steering box so you have less than 1/2" movement on the steering wheel before doing anything else. On the left side of the engine area there is a pressure regulator/gauge for the tag axle...needs at least 40 psi. Push the black knob in and turn CW to increase the pressure.
Weighing before loading your stuff is a waste so try 110 front tires, 100 drive axle, and 80 in the tag and go test drive it. Unless you have leaking oil around a shock I would not replace with only 64K miles if I remember correctly.
The chains that lift the tag may have too much slack in them...probably not worth adjusting as long as you hear air expelling when you try to lift it.
I would put up to a gallon of distilled water in to top off the AHot...do not use car antifreeze.
