Ocean, you could press the Battery Switch that connects the chassis and house banks and while holding that button, press generator start to see if that works.
Your battery cut-off switches should be in the battery compartment (ours were), I'm sure Dennis will verify.
You owner's manual has a lot of good info inside! LOL!
