In July 2011 we replaced our Tiffin Day/Night Shades with United Shade's Rollshades bought from Window Expressions (both are Dicor Companies) for $999.53 and $151.36 for oak boards from Nickell Custom Moulding Outlet, both companies are in Elkhart IN. I do not believe Window Expressions sells retail any more, but there was a local outlet for the product last summer. I built new valances and installed the Rollshades on 8 of 10 windows in our Phaeton. The last two windows are small in the kitchen and bathroom that didn't have the dreaded day/night shades. Our valances are equipped with a light screening shade toward the glass and a blackout shade behind it facing the room. Our total cost, less my labor, was less than a 1/3 the rough quote from MCD 4 years ago, this coming March. They work great and we haven't had any problems with the product, much better than re-stringing 4 or 5 day/night shades a year.
