New Class C owner, question about Majestic 28A

I wa snot aware it was a former rental so I am probbaly 3rd owner. Regarless it is in good condition and fits my needs. I intend to leave it in Guadalajara, Mexico in summer (no hurricane risk & lower humidity) and the cheaper price and no slides, makes it a ood fit. it will be far cheaper for me to fly back & forth for the winter season and just drive it the 5 hours ot the coast each year.
