To my knowledge it wont be in the manual. From my research Honda stopped stating that CRV can be towed 4 down in 2006. To my understanding they can still be and are being towed 4 down following the procedure that Honda outlined in the owners manuals prior to 2006/2007. The general thought is that Honda was paying to much in warranty claims from people not following proper procedure.
You might be thinking of the Element. Honda dropped approval for it in 06 but it is the same drive train as the CRV. My 09 CRV had it in the manual.
I now tow an 11 Element.
