New Dynamax
Since this section is all but dead lately.:) Has anyone seen the new Dynamax? Great looking unit. It looks like they bought all the leftover pieces for the discontinued Embark. Link

The contrast between the op's opening comment of "Since this section is all but dead lately" and truck trend's opening comment of "The Super C class of motorhomes is gaining popularity" is interesting.
When all the mfgs. were building on the 5500 Kodiak chassis, there were 10 new threads a day with how to fix the suspension,steering, headlights etc. :)
The end of the Kodiak chassis killed the Super C market for quantity. You could get a decent rig for $75K-$90K. Now that is double with going to a Freightliner or other MD chassis.
I have noticed the same things that you have. I think that trucktrend.com is off the mark. I would like to see what led them to state that Super C popularity is picking up.
