Yes, there are RV parks (usually calling themselves "resorts") that have RV age limits but they are few and far between. We even encountered a Good Sam RV park this year that did not take class Bs (van conversions) at all.
But, the vast, vast majority could care less about your rig age and it has never been a real problem for us. Those RV parks that have this kind of restriction are usually priced higher than we would choose to pay anyway.
