Sorry everyone...I've been away for awhile working etc...
Will probably start looking in earnest in about 6 weeks (things got pushed back).
I have a question:
Buying from a seller who's out of state (from me). Any tips on how to buy this way? Frankly, it scares me buying sight unseen.
