Tiffin is quite good about authorizing warranty repairs at most shops and I am told repair shops like doing Tiffin warranty work because they pay their bills promptly. That being said, some repairs need manufacturer facilities and I believe those that built them know the most about them so I prefer going there for anything major. There is a whole cottage industry built around the motor homes in Red Bay and you can get almost anything remodeled, repaired, or replaced there from stem to stern. I think it has become almost a cult habit to "Go to Red Bay" for everything from a burned out light bulb to a backed out screw. I mean, after all, if you have been to Red Bay once how can you stay away???
