Personally I wouldn't get too worried. Two identical coaches can have completely different problem histories. We have had our 2003 since new, over 100K on the clock, we are full timers and I doubt it has had 5 hours of corrective maintenance on it. It has never been to an RV shop for a repair (we have used mobile guys so far). I do some stuff myself but really other than mods and a ordinary wrench screwdriver type repairs the old girl just keeps on chugin. Hoping for at least another 10 years...maybe 25... We can only hope.
