My new 2013 Expedition 40x has been at the Fleetwood service facility in Decatur Indiana since November 5th 2013. The list of items pertaining to Fleetwood was done in a 4 day time frame as they said it would. They are waiting for parts from Whirlpool and their contracted repair company and for them to fix the washer and all repairs will be completed. Whirlpool is holding up everything.
I can't blame Fleetwood for Whirlpools problem. They are saying it could be two more weeks. My issue after that could be its only 4 months old and the washer is defective only used once. You would think Fleetwood has some clout with Whirlpool and could use that leverage. Perhaps a new washer would resolve a problem being allowed to fester.
If I were the CEO I wouldn't deal with suppliers who can't get their act together. Too many times the blame gets put in the wrong place.
