I like Tiffins, but I would never run up to Red Bay to get things fixed. If they could not fix the problems where I bought the coach, I would be looking for a different company. It really surprises me how many people run up to Red Bay and think that is a great thing. And I am surprised this company does not have satellite repair shops through out the country that could handle the problem close to the owner of the coach. I remember I had a small problem while in Florida and even Gulf Stream told me not to worry and to take the coach to a shop in Wildwood, Florida to get the problem resolved.
