And how do you know they don't? I live on the west coast and have had three fairly major repairs done at Tiffin authorized repair facilities (not dealers), with Tiffin picking up 100% of the bill. Based on my location at the time, the facilities were located in Bend, OR, Phoenix, AZ, and Newcastle, CA.
Would I rather not have the necessity for the repairs in the first place? Certainly, but it's nice to know I'm dealing with a manufacturer that will do their utmost to try and make me happy.
