This can't be real. These kind of problems can't happen over and over. I don't see other owners of Thor products chiming in with similar issues. You can't be faking it or are a troll attempting to destroy Thor so I conclude you just have really bad luck. You also have enormous patience. I hope you love everything else about it. Obviously these two things can be fixed and quickly. Good luck.
