We tried to get Thor and CW to buy it back. They would not do that. So as far as that goes, everyone can put that to bed. A buy back or reimbursement was not going to happen. We have pretty much resigned ourselves to the fact that we have made a huge mistake buying a Thor product. Even though we were switched to a different model, in the end, that was considered a trade. Neither Thor, nor Camping world has admitted there were unsolvable issues. I will have to now deal with the issues that come up myself. I don't trust anyone to work on it now.
Thor has contended that they will continue to attempt to solve any issues I have. But at some point the amount of issues that mount up get old quick. Ultimately, me and my family are the ones who bare the losses of all these troubles. I have to take time out of my life to take the motor home back and fourth to service centers and deal with these issues. I now have a brand new motor home that only had 87 miles on it when I drove it away from Elkart. The only thing I can say positive out of it is that no one else has driven it but me. I know every rattle it has from the first few miles.
There are other issue I have not even mentioned, for example, the power steering fluid has bounced out of the top of the power steering fluid reservoir in the rear of the coach. Also, the jack hydraulic fluid has bounced out of the front reservoir, which has vent holes in the cap. The fluid are not over filled. I can somewhat attribute that to over inflated tires and rough interstates. But still. This is not supposed to happen. Is it?
