Hmmmmm. Some people never learn. Why in the world did you get another one after the fiasco you just went thru. Trade it in while it's still new. Looks like you and Thor are going to be good friends and partners for the next 10yrs or so.
Actually, I guess I need to thank you. Your showing me what I don't want to buy for my next coach....
All joking aside. Good luck with your boat.

Well Paul, had you been paying attention it was part of the deal. You buy a coach and trade you lose your behind. He worked it out and seems like he still is, but this sort of worthless kneejerk advice is really uncalled for. Perhaps you have enough money to continue to go through coaches but the rest of us really just want the situation remedied.
Knowing people who have a Thor product and after going thru what he has, I think I'd take the loss and move onto a more reputable builder. I've run into people with Thor products and have heard nothing but bad experiences. Going as far back as 15 - 20yrs when Thor use to build on marginal chassis' and had coaches overweight.
IMO - They DO NOT build a good quality coach, and it now shows with this example. Nobody show have to SETTLE for or put up with this.

I have had good luck with all of our Thors. A LOT of people love them and don't have any issues. granted this is not a good example and in recent years Thor has adopted a bit of ready, shoot, aim approach to new models. But you'll see mostly positive feedback on Hurricanes, Tuscanny's, ACES etc. "Take the loss and move to a more reputable builder" reeks of armchair coaching and a lot of hot air and BS. You wouldn't, I see what you drive so stick to what you know. By all appearances the OP is working this out and not settling for anything. These new issues are minor - finally and show up on any brand. Maybe not on a 2000 NRV, but to the rest of us with new coaches this stuff is fairly common accross brands. The original issue should not have occurred and it's been resolved. It's hard enough for some to afford the models we want, let alone throwing thousands of dollars away to contiually trade up to a problem free coach. You'd be bankrupt and there is no such thing as a trouble free coach - in any brand. The OP handled corectly IMO and it's finally working out sans these minor issues.
