For what it's worth I've driven my coach in most of the large cities in the U.S. and I like driving on Los Angeles freeways the best.
The people there get on the freeway at 65 to 70, not 45 to 50. They pretty much stay in their lanes and all 4 to 8 lanes run about 65 to 70.
I've run side by side with CHP doing 65 with my coach pulling a toad. They want traffic moving...not dwalding.
You have to pay attention and crank right along when driving there.
