I suspect a bead leak myself but the water tank is the only way to be sure.
Now with RV tires this is not so easy so what they do is give it a bath, fully inflated, possibly over inflated they put it in a tub of water. A hydraulic "Ram" Pushes it under water and where it bubbles.. it leaks.
Done this test myself on smaller tires.
Or you can inflate it and spray it down with soap and water (Dish soap) and look for bubbles. RINSE with clear water after if you use this method.
There is a possibility the RIM itself is leaking, the water tank will find it if that is the case.
