I finally got over to the storage lot and got the tire off the rig and into the shop for repair.
They found a slow leak on the bead, cleaned and sealed that area and said it should not be a problem.
The other problem they found was interesting. That was that the tire valve was damaged/leaking. The guy that repaired the tire 2 months ago told me that he had replaced it with a new one, obviously not. Maybe he intended to replace it and forgot?
Anyway, it's fixed for now and I hope they know their business as I am already tired of messing with this tire.
I did find out one thing. Even though I have all the tools inlucding an on board compressor and air tools I am entirely too old to do this type of work. The tire is too heavy for me now at my age and condition.
I have had heart problems and several surgeries in the past 18 months and it's time to just pay someone else to do this hard work.
