I would guess that dumping the pressure will not harm anything. Leaving the 80 - 95 PSI in the air bags? Don't really know what the 10 year life will do to that.
3 weeks really does not matter - either way.
I do know that the GMC airbags said to keep a minimum 15 PSI in the front air bags all the time. My thought is so that the air bag is not deformed while driving down the road with no pressure in the bags. Inflating them to 25 - 35 PSI is normal for camper service.
