The "needs" so far described will probably amount to around ten thousand dollars....throw in another five for whatever interior/cosmetic defects that you couldn't see. Figure $15,000.00 on top of the purchase price to bring the unit up to decent condition.
That of course assumes that there's nothing wrong with the engine that you haven't even heard run, or with any of its associated parts that make this rig "mobile".
