Weird News Flash!
Here's a strange one...I was puzzled when I noticed that the "features" you posted (from the ad?) mentioned a "brand new 17 ft. awning", but in your description you said it needs all awnings replaced...?
But guess what:
That list is a word-for-word match to the description posted of a Mountain High recently sold in California!
