I came here to ask for advice on a specific situation- which I got and I am grateful for. However, please don't feel the need to bash someone you don't know for asking questions in hopes of adding to their knowledge of the RV/Motorhome world. You are putting a pretty sour taste in my mouth with comments like "There is one born...",etc.

You have to remember that we don't know you, we have nothing to go on except what you write. Having asked the question you were given 2 pages of reasons from experts and novices alike not to consider it.
You then came back and simply asked what a reasonable price was.
I am not surprised you got the responses you did because it appeared on the screen, that you were still considering purchasing it.
Had you said "OK, I'm no longer interested in this one, however what should I consider paying for a similar model in fair condition" then you would have had a completely different set of responses.
When people go to the trouble to write responses imparting their knowledge and opinion, it gets a little frustrating if it seems to be completely ignored. Feel free to take an opposing viewpoint or argue a point - that's what the forum is all about - but be aware that we can only judge you on what you write down. :)
