Ok, let me get this. I have read that I would have to disconnect the breaker to the charger/controller or my batteries will get drained. unfortunately the circuit breaker also shuts off the lights and refrigerator. Granted I am no Rocket Scientist. isn't the inverter changing DC to AC? I currently have the RV plugged into the 120v socket in my home. Had a 30 AMP put in, but the Damn Homeowners association *****ed and I had to move the RV to the side of the house. Would not plugging the 30 Amp Shore cable into the Inverter work just the same. If that is to the case could I 1. install a on/off switch to the charge/controller? 2. plug the charge controller into a transfer switch or something?
