Tiffin offers the owners manuals online all the way back through 2007, so you should find some help there. Just go to their website.
Systems are broken down into chassis and house areas, and a lot of the issues arise from where the two lines get blurred.
The chassis is basically what you know from vehicle work, so use the house/coach part of the manuals and just go down the line, locating, testing, operating, and in some cases troubleshooting the systems.
As you find things that are confusing, try to get specific make and models, as well as listing the year of your coach to ask for help here as well as other places for items that are relevant to your systems.
There are plenty of folks out there who have had to go through the same learning curve you are embarking on, just give them the info they need, and many answers will come back quickly.
