Newby to Class A MH needs help

Thank You, as far as checking with the dealer for manuals, none came with the RV, as far as going to the web site for Tiffin, seeing how our unit is a 1996 I couldn't find any manuals for that year, I have watched several video's on how to do stuff, and the dealer wanted another $700 to show us around, we know the Generator works, but don't know where the circuit panel for the 110 is located on the coach, I have tried starting the frig, and a red light came on, in gas mode indicating the frig came on, but the frig never cooled down, I know the hot water heater will not heat water unless the water tank has water, and with the cold weather we haven't filled the tank yet but soon, I just wanted to say Hi to all and prepare everyone for the questions I'll be asking Thanks for responding to all.
