Mist, I thought you had found a rig in California and while I didn't comment in that post the $179 is too high.
It's a buyers market when you do not have a trade so you need to slow down and keep looking...or take the plunge and stop looking.

Much of the above ad could be a function of auto correct on a smart phone although it's almost too good to be true.

Sounds like a scam, but I searched that number and it's pretty consistent with what comes up. Call it and find out. The worst that can happen is someone gets your cell number and you can block it if it's a scam.

Too many mistakes in the wording of the ad although the area code is correct for Windermere. Worth a phone call and my sister lives in Windemere so if it's stored there PM me.
  • This is not good. Don't do anything that requires sending money.
As mentioned, the engine is a Cummins, not a Cummings and that engine is not a V8 but a straight 6 if I am not mistaken. It has a Spartan Classy? Really? This plus a king size bedroom! Awesome. This is not legit! Period.
We saw an ad on RV Trader for a coach owned by friends of ours (all Prevost coach paint jobs are unique) and we called to ask why they were selling their coach. The were not but someone had found pics they had posted on Facebook or somewhere and used those to produce a fake ad. "Just send up $1000 and we will hold it or deliver it to you where ever you are"!
Don't fall for this. Call, tell them you want to come by and take a look and that will likely be the end of the conversation. The post was done by someone who has very little experience with the English language.
  • It's a 2007 floor plan. I would call. Hopefully you read my post before I deleted it.... If not, you can PM me.
  • Many strange wordings. In header 4320 model, in description 4330 model. cummins engine not cummings. Wording does not flow.
NADA low retail $122,000 average retail $147,00. I would procede with caution.
  • Something doesn't smell right. It says it's a private seller, but the RV has been staged (those brass decorations are standard dealer staging gear). In addition, it says they have to sell it due to buying a new one like that's an incentive for them having to sell it so cheap.

I wouldn't be surprised if this were a dealer and a bait & switch - you contact them and "oh, it sold, but we know a dealer you can get a great deal from".
  • It seems like a decent enough deal being a tag model. It does have 70K on it. It really comes down to it's condition, maintenance records, and figuring out what wrong with it. Worth a a look for sure...
