As far as trucks passing and crosswinds, I think it is about the same as with the DP. It was a 33' Newmar with a 190" wheel base. A lot of folks say that a short diesel doesn't handle well. It seemed fine to me, but that's all I ever drove. The Nexus WB measures 240" (which doesn't agree with the Motorhome article) so that may give some advantage. When you hit a bridge bump you know it, but I never really noticed side to side rolling with either RV.
