It is all a smoke screen folks. The real danger out there is people that do not obey the existing laws, runs of the road and acknowledged protocols. Even years ago, when my children were taking Driver Ed in High School, I would ask about things that were in the existing laws. They would say it was never mentioned. When DD was shot down in class for asking about one, I sent her back to school with a copy of the page from the MI Uniform Vehicle Code.
But then schools are educating people that
I'm not going to finish that because it could be construed as a political statement.
