Personally, I drive a lot for work and can tell you, most people don't pay attention to them anyway. I drive those speed now with my MH. No complaints from me with it. I completely understand the (my) limits and ramification of ignoring them. But yet there are some yahoos in this world that throw any caution to the wind.
It wouldn't matter anyway, many would pay the fines and keep on speeding. I had one guy tell me recently how he ran 85 in his 45' MH on a recent trip. I guess I was to be impressed.
