Interesting info. I see nothing in the link about an exemption certificate. Were you directed to the motor vehicle office to get one?
On that link true, no info. The inspection tech told us to call the agency. He handed DW a slip of paper with a number to call. She called it promptly and they said the certificate will be in our mailbox within 5 days.
