I do not have experience with the specific model motor home, but here is a basic method to test your ATS.
You will need to be comfortable around electrical systems and have a volt meter. Safety is EVERYTHING.
Default should be shore, but it could be generator. try these steps:
1 Verify AC at the source outlet. Sounds dumb, but you'd be surprised how many times I have fixed something like that.
2. Open the cover for your ATS measure voltage on the ac source and the output of the switch. If you have it going into the box , but not out, the problem is the ATS switch. If you don't have it getting to the ATS your cable has an issue, probably at the connector, but generator SHOULD have worked.
3. If it is leaving the ATS check the input to the breaker box. If AC is present verify one of the outputs of the main breakers.
Frankly, from what you have posted I agree it is the ATS *if* all the breakers are indeed good. Considering the age of your unit it seems I replaced mine at about the same age.
