I had a similar problem 2 weeks ago when I lost my 12V. Due to getting ready to leave the area, it was necessary to bring in the slide manually (not fun).
When I got home, I found that the BATTERY DISCONNECT SWITCH had failed. $6.00 later and the problem is fixed.
