no high beam headlights
Things we have already done. 1 changed both headlights, confirmed with continuity check. 2 replaced headlight switch. still no high beams. 3 replaced the relay (part number - H8002B). 4 checked ...

re-Checked the install of the headlight switch. every thing is good.
symptoms--
as soon as the ignition switch is turned on, the low beams turn on.
all relays are checked and operate properly. all fuses in the entire has been tested.
