Almost all Class B RV's have a permanently mounted propane tank with a remote fill and a remote shut off valve operated by a solenoid, including the Winnebago ERA the OP owns. You almost never crawl under the coach to turn off the valve, instead you turn off the flow with one of usually two remote switches that operate a solenoid.
There is no requirement for an OPD on a permanently mounted tank.
