No power from shore or generator, ok on inverter, need help

Hi, I have no more power from shore or from the generator. But I have power with the inverter ON. Shore power stoped while microwave was working. The microwave stopped working but TV was still going, ...

Looked it up.. That unit has two sets of relays

NO power (Shore or generator) it "Defaults" to Inverter.
Shore power: Pulls in one set of contacts
Generator: another

Possible issues:
The relays are designed for 120 VDCm, the control system may be defective and not causing them to pull in .... But you said they did

Bad contacts on relays
