Ok, here is an update. The pedestral power was checked by the RV park electritian and everything is OK, good ground, 120 and 240.
1. With either the genset or shore power on: I have power to the transfer switch, 120 / 240 in, 120 /240 out to the RV. I have power that gets to the distribution panel, 120 on all Circuit Breaker and 240 on the double 50 amps (red / blak together) I DO GET POWER TO THE TWO REAR OUTLET, one for the engine block heater and one in the room but NO POWER TO THE REST OF THE RV.
2. I checked the GFI button and they are in, I disconnected the GFI and wired them to eliminate the possibilities of a bad GFI.
3. With the inverter on, no shore no genset, I have power to ALL the RV outlet, except for the two rear which is normal since you do not want your block heater to work with the inverter, I think.
4. When I start the genset with shore power connected, the 4 transfer switch relay flickers going down, when Genset off, relays goes up.
5. When I plug in the shore power, no clicking in the transfer box.
6. Relays look good, springs looks ok, no signs of overheat.
Looks like the transfer switch is functionning since I do have power, my next step is probably behind the distribution panel, unless otherwise advised.
I am a bit lost...., but I still have hope, thanks for your support.
