Thanks everyone for your help, it was greatly appreciated. I now have power everywhere. I tied the wire from the CB panel to the inverter to the two wires going to the rv outlet and microwave.
The inverter is remove and I do not plan to replace it for now. I bought a batterie charger, 20 amps, and it will do for now. I also bought a 2000 watt inverter to use if needed.
I will try to get the inverter fixed in Puerto Valarta and if not, I will wait until I get home, I am not ready to pay $1500 before I know if it can be fixed.
Again, thanks
1. It can be fixed. But, fixing a 14 year old Inverter is not cost effective
2. Good Luck with your 20 amp charger, You will need it(luck).
3. Using the 2000 watt Inverter you purchased will be difficult without a good 12 volt charging system for your Coach batteries. Doug
It already seems not to charge much, it is a "smart" charger from Walmart, smart my #_($#)(#. Very simple to use but I guess you have to be very smart to make it work properly. My batteries went up to 12.7 but now stock at 12.4, does not seem to want to go higher.
I have 2 days to shop for a charger cause this one does not seem to do the job already.
