I have to agree with Ron somewhat.All of my test rides,more than a dozen were in Ford based RVs of mostly the same model that I bought.
The difference that I noticed immediately was how quiet it was inside,with the a lot of noise coming from the House part along with the the engine noise on the Fords that were not present in the Chevy based Class C. I can only contribute that to the harsher ride that I experienced in the Ford Based ones,with a lot less mileage on them.
As I said before, my RV was a former rental so it most likely was not treated with a lot of care,but the house part, all doors, cabinets and drawers are tight and working as they should, the fit and finish is still very good with very little noise coming from it compared to the Fords that I drove.
