If they go down and not up it sounds like a loose wire or you still may not be getting enough voltage to start it. Check battery Voltage, battery cables and then all fuses. Prob not a fuse. It just sounds to me like you need to charge batteries and clean the cable ends maybe. Good Luck Mate.
